Senior Technical PM's - London/UK, Arhus/Denmark, Toronto and Calgary Calgary, AB
Call Genie is looking for a proven project leader to identify the technical and business requirements of the client and then coordinate Call Genie's development and production resources to successfully deliver Call Genie's EVD™ (Enhanced Voice Directory) solution to large enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:

Take sole ownership to ensure successful delivery of Call Genie's solution with our customers.

Act as a single point of contact for Call Genie's clients by establishing a close relationship with both technical and business primes on the client side.

Gain a solid understanding of the client's business, application/platform architectures and required functionalities as well as the interoperability required with existing systems.

Conduct requirements analysis and verify for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to required standards.

Ensure customer's business requirements are properly translated into the necessary technical requirements.

Identify project deliverables, timelines, work plans, schedules, resource requirements, etc.

Communicate requirements to and liaise with Call Genie's development and implementation teams.

Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.

Provide expertise and advice on key technical issues relating to network, data and voice user interface (VUI).

Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future product enhancements.

Facilitate unit testing and integration testing of developed components.

Conduct regular follow-ups with the client and Call Genie management to ensure project deliverables are met and issues and solutions are clearly understood.

Assist in developing and implementing technical and process best practices.

Once implemented, provide technical and analytical guidance to Customer Support as required.

Develop and maintain a broad theoretical understanding of current hardware and software technologies.
Requirements:
-
College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
-
5 to 8+ years proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis.
-
5 to 8+ years experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

Strong client interfacing and service skills.
-
Exceptional/proven project management expertise in the successful delivery of complex and multi-stakeholder technology projects.

Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles.

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
-
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
-
Broad knowledge of various network, data and voice technologies.
-
Strong sense of urgency and highly self motivated and directed.
-
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Occasional traveling, evening and weekend work may be required.

Native-level English fluency is required. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
